Vetted suppliers only

Only the AOG Finder team adds suppliers. There is no self sign-up yet: it starts with an email.

  1. Get vetted

    Write to us with your company, website, what you stock and where. We check every supplier before it can list: for example, which airlines' approved vendor lists you are on.

  2. Confirm your request email

    One click confirms the address that quote requests and parts requests go to. Your private Pool link then comes by email.

  3. List your stock

    Add parts with the form, or upload your stock sheet with the files it names.

The same checks for every part, from the form or from a sheet. A part that misses one is not listed, and you are told why.

Two ways to list

One part, or your whole stock sheet

  • FORM

    Add a part: one at a time, with its files.

  • SHEET

    Upload your stock sheet (.xlsx or .csv), one part per row, then the files it names. A row that fails comes back with the reason. Your listings that are not in the sheet are shown to you, to mark sold or withdraw.

The 72 h rule

Confirm, or it hides

Buyers see only stock confirmed recently, so a listing shows only while you keep confirming it.

A listing is shown after you confirm it, a reminder goes out at 60 hours and it hides at 72 hours.

Requests

Requests come to your inbox

Quote requests come by email. Open parts requests come by email or wait in your Parts Pool.

  • RFQ

    Quote requests come to your inbox: the part, quantity, needed-by date, airport and note, with the buyer's name, company, email and any phone. Reply with your quote; you deal directly.

  • ASK

    Parts requests for parts nobody listed come by email or in your Parts Pool. Answer with proof: the certificate and the price, and the shop report for OH, RP and SV parts.

  • DUP

    A serial or file that another supplier also uses is flagged to the buyer and to us.

  • RECORD

    Your record comes only from buyers' answers to “Did they have the part?”: “Had the part X of Y times”. Nothing is estimated.
