How it works

Who does what, step by step.

Buyers search, check the proof and ask. Suppliers list, confirm and answer. The same rules apply to both.

A · Buyers

Find the part

For airlines, MROs and repair shops. Free.

  1. Create your account

Your work email and your company's details, then one click in the email we send. We approve your company once, by hand, by its email domain. After that you sign in with a link we email, no password, and stay signed in for 30 days on that device.

    Create a buyer account

  2. Search the part number

You see stock from vetted suppliers, confirmed in the last 72 hours: best condition first, then the most recently confirmed.

  3. Check the proof

Open the certificate and the shop report. Check that the part number and serial on the certificate match the listing.

  4. Request a quote

Quantity, needed by, the airport to deliver to and a note. It goes to the supplier's inbox, and a copy to yours.

  5. Deal directly

The supplier replies to you. Price, order and shipping are between you and the supplier.

  6. Answer once

About a day later we ask: “Did they have the part?” Your Yes or No goes into the supplier's record.

Ask suppliers

Send a parts request. It goes to vetted suppliers, who answer with proof: the certificate and the price, and the shop report where the condition needs one. Duplicate serials and files are flagged.

B · Suppliers

List the part

For vetted parts suppliers.

  1. Get vetted

The AOG Finder team checks your company before it can list. It starts with an email.

  2. Confirm your request email

Quote requests and parts requests go to it. Your private Pool link follows by email.

  3. List your stock

With the form or your stock sheet (.xlsx or .csv), with the files: the certificate always, the shop report for OH, RP and SV parts.

  4. Confirm within 72 hours

“Still in stock”, “All still in stock”, or the sheet again. We email a reminder at 60 hours; past 72 hours, the listing hides until you confirm.

  5. Answer requests

Reply to quote requests from your inbox. Answer parts requests with proof.
